I am 35yrs old...before just now finding it on iTunes, the last time I heard Mr. Jones, I was 7yrs old. I can remember being hunched over on the floor in front of the stero console with my ear pressed to the cloth covered speaker. To a 7yr old, this was the sadest song I'd ever heard. To this day, it has served as a lesson to me. Thank you Big Al - wherever you are!

I remember seeing Big Al in concert in Leicester,Mass a couple of times & once in Spencer,Mass.
I'm proud to have an autographed CD & autographed T-Shirt in my collection.
I was surprised to find out that Big Al lived in Leicester,Mass for a good number of years.
He will be greatly missed.
Our loss is heaven's gain.
